Petcommons is dedicated to providing high-quality pet products at competitive prices. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following shipping terms and conditions.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation immediately upon placing your order.
  • Modifications: Address changes or order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we cannot guarantee modifications.

2. Shipping Estimates

To offer the best value, we ship our products directly from global distribution centers.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates and Destinations

  • United States: We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all domestic orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only ship to the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Tracking Information

  • Notification: Once your package has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent.
  • Data Synchronization: Please allow 3–5 business days for the carrier’s system to update the tracking information.
  • Monitoring: Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking status to ensure successful delivery.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We implement rigorous quality control measures. However, if a product is damaged during transit, the following protocol must be followed to qualify for a resolution:

  • Reporting Window: Claims must be submitted via email to cs@petcommons.store within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.
  • Required Documentation: To prevent fraudulent claims, we require:
    1. A clear photograph of the shipping label and the original outer packaging.
    2. High-resolution photos or a video clearly demonstrating the damage or defect.
  • Evaluation: All claims are subject to a formal review. Petcommons reserves the right to deny requests that show signs of intentional damage or misuse. Approved claims will receive a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Investigation: If a package has not shown a tracking update for more than 15 business days, please contact our support team. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.
  • Inaccurate Address: Petcommons is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for reshipment.
